How to Give

Join us in making a positive difference by contributing to HKUST today! Your support empowers the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Together, we can drive groundbreaking research, enhance educational experiences, and develop solutions to global challenges. 

You can donate via cheque, credit card, QR code, bank transfer, or internet banking bill payment service. For donations over HK$100, the University will issue an official electronic receipt, which will be sent to your email. Donors wishing to claim a tax deduction should retain the receipt. CASH DONATIONS

A cash gift is a valued and efficient way to support HKUST, offering us the immediate flexibility to address our needs.

By Credit Card / QR Code
Credit card or QR code payments can be made electronically using the HKUST Online Donation Form.

By Cheque
Cheque should be made payable to "The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology" and mailed with a note indicating the purpose of your donation and your contact information to: Development and Alumni Office, HKUST, Clear Water Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong

NON-CASH GIFTS
Gifts in non-cash form are also welcome. They include:

  • Land, residential and commercial properties, and other real estate
  • Equipment for teaching and research, as well as book collections for our library
  • Bequests and life insurance plans naming HKUST as the beneficiary
  • Bonds, unit trusts, stocks, and other types of financial contracts
